Very pleased. Our business has used Jaydien for several years. They handle our day to day IT needs as well as planning for our future needs. Several years ago they transitioned our business from a series of networked computers to a terminal server. The new configuration allowed our office with two locations to have full connection over the internet as well as remote connection for our employees at home and including access to our email and calendar on our phones. This year we replaced our older pbx phone system with a Cisco UC500 series phone that has allowed us to lower our phones bills and allow our two offices to have a single integrated phone system. The new system is significantly superior to our old pbx system in function. Very pleased with the result.
