Inside Sales / Telemarketer
Description:
We are currently seeking a well spoken, professional individual to expand our client base through telemarketing. Our current focus is to penetrate the small to medium size business sector by looking for companies interested in Voice Over IP (VoIP) Business Telephone Systems. Applicants must posses a professional and articulate phone manner. Sales skills or specific technical skills are not required for this position and training for successful lead generation will be provided.

IT Services Sales Representative
Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experience sales oriented individual to sell IT solutions and services to the local SMB market.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new clients and opportunities, prospecting and lead management.
  • Closing sales by demonstrating benefit to the customer; explaining costs. involved; obtaining contract signatures and deposit on material services.
  • Prospecting through outside sales and business networking groups.
  • Selling IT Consulting Services to small to medium sized companies.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing opportunities.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with current accounts; evaluating service level; identifying and resolving problems; escalating problems for appropriate resolutions; notifying senior management of potential service failures.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years outside technical sales experience.
  • Experience selling contract services and maintenance agreements.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks.

Entry Level Network Technician
Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and personable individual for PART-TIME entry level computer networking and support position. Applicant will be tasked with performing basic windows network setups and configurations, provide basic desktop/laptop hardware and software support and provide basic server hardware and software support at customer premises. Applicant will also be tasked with providing basic help desk support over the phone.

Position Requirements:
Applicant must have A+ certification or equivalent hardware/software certification and a high school diploma. Customer service experience is a must as this position deals directly with the general public. College degree and or additional certifications is a plus.
Skills / Qualifications:
Win95/98, NT, 2000, XP, VISTA, Microsoft Networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, All brands of wireless/wired broadband routers, cable/DSL modems.
Compensation:
Hourly Wage with overtime- No benefits offered.
