Job Description

Jaydien Network Solutions provides IT consulting services to small and medium sized companies in the NJ area.

The position will be located in Brick, NJ 08723.

Note: This position cannot be fulfilled by working remotely or telecommuting and requires employees who can work part time with possible full time employment.

The candidate we are seeking is a personable technician who has knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and has an understanding of computer networks. Candidate will be responsible for basic network troubleshooting and desktop support; however on the job training for a higher skill set will be provided. An ideal candidate should have 1+yrs experience and is eager to learn the skills needed to succeed in this industry.

Skills

Basic Hardware / Software troubleshooting, understanding of computer networking, Desktop Imaging Experience, Virus/Malware Removal Experience, Desktop Operating System Installation Experience, Basic computer network troubleshooting, Knowledge of all versions of Windows, Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS is a plus.

• 1+ years IT Support
• Must be technically savvy
• Advanced working knowledge of PC and related small business networking concepts

• Be enthusiastic and personable, as this position requires daily interaction with clients
• Be flexible, self motivated and self disciplined in order to work in an unstructured environment
• Be well organized and able to effectively multitask, while handling technical issues and emergencies

Compensation

This position will be hourly. Bonus after 1 year of employment. Company vehicle provided or expenses paid for any travel needed to clients.
