How to release an email from the SPAM quarantine PDF Print E-mail

To release alegitamate email that has been inadvertantly qurantines by APPRiver, please follow this procedure:

  1. Log Into your customer portal by visiting https://cp.appriver.com

  2. Click on the Spam Lab Tab at the top of the web page.

  3. Check of the message(s) that you wish to release from the quarantine, then click the release button.

  4. Confirm you request.

  5. On the confirmation screen, you can also choose to whitelist the emails by clicking the 'Whitelist Options' button.
    To whitelist just that particular sender, choose 'Sender' and to whitelist the enire email domain, choose 'Domain'.
